This is a great place to buy a car but also service your new or used car. Service is great! They get you in very quickly when you call to make an appt. You are only there for an hour and they give you a complimentary car cash when they are done, you don’t even have to ask. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming as well!

My Tucson was part of the latest paint warranty extension, so I had to take it in and have the paint fixed, but the silver lining in all of this was Dakota. Dakota works in the service dept. and is an absolute dream to work with. She's attentive, empathetic, patient and has a great attitude and work ethic. The first couple of times I had to go to have service on my car, the reps were polite, but cold and not very personable, but Dakota is always friendly and helpful and she never makes me feel like she's bothered with me or my questions. Give this woman a raise, kudos, a pizza party or whatever you do to show your employees appreciation! She's a keeper :-)

Let me just start by saying Johnathan was amazing a little back story we bought our 2016 dodge journey 2.5 years ago and we were first time car buyers and really just got put in a bad spot with the vehicle we bought we decided it was time to get out from underneath this negative equity we went to 1 other place before coming to hyundai and it was not a good experience then we came to hyundai and Johnathan changed all that for us and was able to work with us like a car salesman should and got us in our dream car a 2025 palisade this experience was so smooth and seamless and overall changed my perspective on car dealerships there was no hidden fees or markups and that was so nice we will definitely buy all our vehicles from gregg hubler hyundai thank you Johnathan for your amazing work in helping us get into a good reliable car.

We bought a used Hyundai off a family member and a few months later had an engine that was failing. As a final long shot we checked with our local Hyundai dealer (Greg Hubler Hyundai) and talked to Josh. He sounds that there was a potential recall on our engine, scheduled is to get in, worked with Hyundai to get everything approved and offered some other critical services that needed done. Very kind and efficient service department. While visiting Indiana from North Carolina, I encountered an alert on my Santa Cruz that required attention before my 10 hour return trip. When I called a dealership in Fort Wayne, they were not helpful and would not offer a service appointment in a timely manner. When I called Greg Hubler Hyundai in Muncie, they were very kind and gave me an appointment for early the next morning. They serviced my vehicle very efficiently and had me on my way home quickly. If I lived in Fort Wayne, Muncie, or the surrounding area, I would schedule all of my service through this dealership and would look for my next vehicle with them. Thank you.
